I'm not planning on buying a Lamborghini soon, Lol, But would just like to know what are the cons to driving a car like that(If any).|||I have driven cars like this on a daily basis. Some of the disadvantages or cons are that they are attention magnets, both postive (chicks) and negative (cops and jealous jerks). You can't just park them anywhere if you don't want to pick up dings and scratches from people opening their doors. They are altogether more expensive to run per mile than your average car but if you have the money to buy one, then this is not a concern. You have to be very careful about pulling into driveways as to not scratch up the lip on the front air dams or lower bodywork. Steep driveways are completely out of the question. People tend to box you in on the highway because they are looking at the car. They don't realize they're doing it but you have to keep moving around and accelerating to kind of getaway from the gawkers.|||Expensive to buy, maintain, insure, etc. I've heard the first regularly scheduled maintenance on a Ferrari is $7,000.00. Carbon fiber brakes are hideously expensive to replace. Tires are incredibly expensive, (your not going to fleet farm for tires) etc. I've been in 'em %26amp; they are a blast to drive, but i wouldn't want the maintenance cost!|||Finding a safe place to park it with out some idiot door checking it. The fighting the urge not to speed.
I have driven several 911 Turbo's %26amp; they are fast cars %26amp; you just want to speed every where in them.
I think the tickets would pile up pretty fast it where me.|||Buying alot of gas (some use more expensive High Octane) expensive insurance if you go to the wrong part of town your car will most likely be scrapped for parts its easy to speed epicly horrible car accidents well you get it...|||insurance rates. not doing stupid stuff whle driving. things to replace on it cost a ton! people can mess with it cause of jealousy. not driving it everywhere so you dont get high on mileage. maybe gas i dont know about that one.|||high octane gas, higher gas consumption, expensive parts, garages thatll fix expensive parts, ppl scratching it, blahh.
